Dis or De

It's been a tough year.

There have been more than a few difficulties at work, at church and in the family - my three greatest loves.

At times I've gotten DISappointed, DIScouraged, even DISillusioned.

But that's not to say I've fallen into DEpression, DEspair or DEspondency.

Sometimes it's just a choice.

Sometimes I have to just hang on to His Word:
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
Actually, that's all the time.... It's pretty obvious that if God didn't have my back, I'd be stuffed.
