Police and St John Ambulance attended an event on the corner of Lyndon Rd West and Railway Rd, Hastings, where a man needed to have his head bandaged after having lost blood.

Police, St John Ambulance and the fire service attended a car accident, where only one car was involved, on Havelock Rd, Havelock North, on the HN side of St Georges Rd intersection. The driver later died in Hawke's Bay Hospital.
