A woman the neighbours identified as "Steve's girfriend" - Police and St John Ambulance attended an incident at a block of flats in Pattison Rd, Hastings. Neighbours identified a man as "Steve, a resident" who had a neck wound, and a woman as "Steve's girlfriend" who had a head wound. Both walked from the property to ambulances to be treated by St John staff. Police took another person away from the property. photograph
