Westshore Beach battered again
Local residents are upset after high seas at the weekend eroded more of the shingle bank at Westshore Beach, Napier. Rebekah Philson reports

The New Zealand Brass Band Championships held their street parade event on Hastings St, Napier. Shot by me and put together by Paul Taylor.

High seas this week have again brought Hawke's Bay's issue of coastal erosion to the fore. Another Haumoana house has been damaged, Westshore Beach has lost ground, and Clifton is still under threat. Paul Taylor and I both worked on this one.
