A RNZAF Hercules C130 dropped fuel, food and water, supplies, 5 pallets by parachute. They missed the target and landed in a neighbouring vineyard, narrowly missing sheds and cars - Exercise Allan Halfa, a combined exercise for New Zealand Army and Royal New Zealand Air Force, pictured at Roy's Hill, Hastings. More than 600 troops took part in the exercise.
