A boat and an item of interest, pictured from the Grange Rd North end - Police cordoned off a section of the walkway near the mouth of Tukituki River, between Grange Rd North and Domain Rd, Haumoana, after an unidentified man was found assaulted and unconscious. He later died in Hawke’s Bay Hospital.  photograph

From Colin White Rd: Hastings District Council Volunteer Rural Fire Force and NZ Fire Service staff attended a fourth alarm level large vegetation fire on a hill along Anaroa Rd in Raukawa. It burned up over the ridge and down the other side, near Colin White Rd, Te Hauke, off SH2. photograph
