John Holt, John Holt Trust paid $3,800 for a shirt signed by the All Blacks and Magpies who played in a benefit rugby match for Jarrod Cunningham in 2003, then yielded the shirt to the second bidder for $3,700. The total $7,500 raised will go to Walk 2 D'Feet MND, a fundraiser walk to raise money for sufferers of motor neurone disease. The auction was held at the HBRFU Legends Dinner, in the Rodney Green Centennial Event Centre, before the match between the Hawke's Bay Magpies and Tasman Mokos, rugby at McLean Park, Napier. photograph
