One of my kids, aged 4 yrs, 7 months: You didn't come into my room last night. I had my eyes open all night, and I didn't see you.

Duncan Brown: Hastings, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand; Elephanza is a collection of my random thoughts and opinions. I like asking questions and learning new things. I enjoy photography, family, blogging and politics. In my offline life, I take photographs and video for Hawke's Bay Today, a daily newspaper. I regularly attend Bay City Outreach Centre, a local church, and my wife Linda and I operate Duncan Brown Photography, a commercial and portrait photography business. We have four grown-up children. In my spare time, I take photos for fun and was on the board of trustees at Hastings Girls' High School for 12 years (2004-2016).
